🎤 THURSDAY, DECEMBER 4 — SPEAKERS & PANELISTS REHEARSAL RECORDING🎤
🎙️ IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR ALL SPEAKERS & PANELISTS
- Keynote sessions will be 20 minutes. Eric will confirm the topic shortly. If slides are needed, the template is provided below under the Slides&Media category.
- Panel discussions will be 1 hour. Eric will also confirm the topic for these soon. Please note that panels will be conducted in a free-flow format, and no advance questions will be provided.
To protect compliance, neutrality, and the integrity of the event, please follow these requirements:
🚫 DO NOT:
- Mention your company name on stage
- Mention or show specific products
- Share compensation plans, logos, or promotional offers
- Use company recruitment links, product purchase links, or any personal/team URLs
- Sell or promote your own courses, events, or coaching programs
✅ PLEASE DO:
- Speak from your personal experience, leadership lessons, and results
- Use generic terms (ex: “my company,” “our product line,” “our leadership team”)
- Focus on mindset, skills, habits, systems, and storytelling
- Inspire, teach, and elevate the entire room — from all companies
🎥 PHOTO & VIDEO
🚫No photographers, videographers, or assistants are allowed on site.
You are only alowed to have 1 photo/video person with you during your stage time.
🖥️ SLIDES & MEDIA
If you have the keynote slot, you will have 20 mins on stage.
Once your topic is confirmed by Eric and you need slides, please use the below template:

Our production team will run all visuals from the control booth to maintain consistency.
🔧 BACKSTAGE & STAGE PROTOCOL
To ensure a smooth, high-level production:
🕐 Arrival Call Time
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled speaking or panel time to allow for:
- Mic fitting
- Stage briefings
- Final run-through with the production team
🎤 Microphone & Tech
- All speakers will use handheld or lavalier mics based on your segment needs.
- Please avoid wearing clothing that interferes with mic placement (silk, loose scarves, deep V-necks, noisy jewelry).
- Do not adjust your mic on stage—our tech team will handle everything.
✨ IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR ALL IN-PERSON ATTENDEES
🚘 PARKING
- Parking is extremely limited, both at Worre Studios and around the Worre residence.
- We highly recommend using Uber, Lyft, or a taxi service to and from the event.
- Please do not park in any spots labeled “Gramercy Bakery.” Only unmarked spaces are permitted near the venue.
👚 DRESS CODE & EVENT GUIDELINES
This is a professional leadership event, and we ask all attendees to dress accordingly.
- Suggested attire: Business casual
- Please do not wear or display your company’s pins, logos, jewelry or branded materials of any kind — this is a strictly no-prospecting event.
- For your comfort, we recommend bringing a light jacket. Worre Studios can be cool during the sessions.
🎒 There is no coat check, so please keep all personal belongings with you.
