🚆 TRANSPORTATION & ARRIVAL
The event will take place at the Crowne Plaza Lyon Cité Internationale, 22 Quai Charles de Gaulle, 69006 Lyon.
Attendees should allow sufficient travel time and may use public transportation, taxi, rideshare, or car service.
For guests driving, the hotel identifies Parking P2 de la Cité Internationale as its car-parking option. The proposal states that a preferential rate of €15 for 24 hours with one exit may be available when requested at check-in, subject to availability.

🍽️ FOOD, BEVERAGES & BREAKS
Welcome coffee will begin at 9:30 AM on both September 7 and September 8.
The welcome service is planned to include coffee, tea, fruit juices, mineral and sparkling water, viennoiseries, and fruit.
Lunch will be served at 1:00 PM on both days.
The current hotel proposal provides for a three-course lunch at Restaurant Antipasto, with water, coffee, and tea during the meal.
Additional scheduled breaks will be announced during the event.
