✅ REGISTRATION & ARRIVAL

Registration will be open from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

VIP attendees should arrive early enough to complete registration before the VIP Q&A begins at 12:00 PM.

All attendees should be registered and seated before the Main Event begins at 1:00 PM.

🎟️ YOUR EVENT TICKET

Shortly before the event, you will receive an email containing your QR code.

This QR code is your event ticket.

Please be prepared and make sure you:

• Check the email address used during registration
• Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email
• Have the QR code easily accessible on your phone before arriving
• Make sure your phone is charged
• Consider saving a screenshot of the QR code in case of limited internet access at the venue

You will need your QR code for event check-in.

Please also bring a valid form of identification.

Allow additional time for transportation, venue navigation, check-in, and finding your seat.

Late entry may be restricted while a session is in progress.

Translation will be available in:

Translation will be accessed through your personal mobile device, so please come prepared.

Please bring:

You will listen to the translation directly through your mobile device during the event.

Please make sure your device and headphones are working properly before arriving.

🍽️ FOOD & BEVERAGES

Food will not be provided during the event.

Please plan accordingly before arriving.

Please also be mindful that outside food should not be brought into the event space.

We recommend eating before the event and planning around the scheduled program so you can remain in the room during the sessions.

👚 DRESS CODE & EVENT ETIQUETTE

This is a professional business and leadership event, and all attendees are asked to dress accordingly.

Suggested attire: Business casual

This event is a strict NO-PROSPECTING ZONE.

Please do not wear or display:

• Company or rank pins
• Buttons or badges
• Branded jewelry or accessories
• Company merchandise
• Posters or banners
• Prominent company logos

The meeting room may be cool, so bringing a light jacket is recommended.

All attire is subject to approval by the event team.

Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times.

Coat-check and luggage-storage availability have not been confirmed.

The venue and event staff cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended items.

Only registered ticket holders may attend.

No additional guests, assistants, photographers, or videographers are permitted without prior written authorization from the event team.

Photography, audio recording, video recording, livestreaming, and professional content capture are not permitted unless expressly authorized.

Please silence all electronic devices during the sessions.

Because translation will be accessed through your mobile device, please keep your phone on silent and use headphones while listening.

Please minimize movement in and out of the event room while presentations are in progress.

The Centre de Congrès de Lyon is located in the Cité Internationale area of Lyon.

Attendees are encouraged to use public transportation, taxi, rideshare, or car service.

If you plan to drive, please check current venue parking availability and rates before travelling.

Allow additional time for traffic, public transportation delays, venue navigation, and check-in.
